Also in 2023, the University of Messina continued to offer free mental health support services to students, staff and the local community, through the special unit: “CERIP - Research and Intervention Center in Psychology”. The center offers psychological support to students in the process of identifying their strengths and weaknesses, to enhance their cognitive, emotional, relational and behavioral resources, in order to prevent and/or reduce the risk of the onset of conditions of distress and mental illness. The main objective of CERIP is to promote the psychological well-being of students and foster their personal and cultural growth.
