Starting from the academic year 2018/19, the CERIP (Psychological Research and Intervention Center) of the University of Messina provides free psychological support and orientation to students throughout their university career. CERIP is a public service aimed at providing psychological support services, with the main objective of ensuring psychological assistance at affordable costs, but also investing in research and innovation. The students of the University of Messina, as well as for professors, an initial psychological interview is provided, with a free individual evaluation. While for subsequent interventions, prices are discounted compared to the rates required for citizens. CERIP also carries out consultancy activities in the field of work and organizational psychology: career counseling and skills assessment for adolescents and adults, management of personnel selection processes, analysis of training needs, organizational interventions, consultancy in cases of mobbing, evaluation of work-related stress.
