On Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th April 2025, the University of Messina will open its doors to High School students to present its educational offer during the UniME Open Day, the University's annual orientation event.
The 2025 edition will take place over two days, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the splendid setting of the Polo Annunziata, where students will be able to admire some of the University's modern facilities and learn about the numerous opportunities for study, internships and personal and professional development that the University offers, with a view to better evaluating their academic and professional future.
In addition to the presentation of the numerous undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate courses offered by UniME, students will be able to immerse themselves in laboratory courses, interactive experiments and simulations, and follow the various in-depth studies offered by the faculties, or visit the laboratories, library facilities and sports facilities of the University Citadel.
The University's structures and centres will be present to promote the many services that the University of Messina offers its students, from internationalisation to libraries, from orientation and tutoring to placement, transport, accommodation and psychological and motivational support. During the event, it is also possible to carry out a screening of personal aptitudes, interests and personal and professional resources to support a successful choice.
Through direct interaction with lecturers, student tutors and the directors of University Centres and Structures, participants will be able to gain a clear and in-depth understanding of the opportunities for personal and professional growth that characterise the various Bachelor's and Master's degree courses, the possibilities of developing one's educational path by spending a period of study abroad, and the numerous support services, choice orientation and guidance into the world of work that UniME offers.
To facilitate participation, UniME will provide students with a free transfer service to all schools participating in the event.
