Published in the albo di Ateneo No. 35 prot. n. 46167 of 07/04/2023 the new 38th PhD Call, by qualifications and examinations, for assignment of No. 2 PhD scholarships funded by the Project “Innovation Ecosystems” – “Sicilian MicronanoTech Research and Innovation Center – SAMOTHRACE” - CUP J43C22000310006 – and No. 3 PhD scholarships funded by PNRR – “ITSERR Italian Strengthening of the ESFRI RI RESILIENCE (Religious Studies Infrastructure: Tools, Innovation, Experts, Connection and Centers)” - CUP B53C22001770006, within the PhD Courses activated by the University of Messina – 38th CYCLE (D.R. No. 1104/2023 prot. 45922 of 07/04/2023).

The positions financed with PhD scholarships refer to No. 3 active 38th PhD courses (a.y. 2022/2023), as indicated below:

1. BIOINGEGNERIA APPLICATA ALLE SCIENZE MEDICHE (BIOENGINEERING APPLIED TO MEDICAL SCIENCES): No. 1 PNRR "SAMOTHRACE" PhD scholarship
2. SCIENZE VETERINARIE (VETERINARY SCIENCES): No. 1 PhD scholarship 
3. MATEMATICA E SCIENZE COMPUTAZIONALI (MATHEMATICS AND COMPUTATIONAL SCIENCES): No. 3 PhD scholarship depending on the topic

In this PhD Call there are No. 3 Attachments of the PhD courses activated for the aforementioned selection, with the specification of: web page for viewing the PhD card, available places, title required for access, documents to be attached to the application, scores to be awarded for qualifications and examinations and contribution to participation. 

The deadline for online submission of applications for the PhD Call is 22/04/2023 h. 23:59.

The procedure for submitting the application is available on Esse3 platform. starting from 08/04/2023, by logging in:

- for candidates who are Italian citizens, they will have to access the Esse3 platform, using SPID credentials; for info click here.

- for foreign candidates, they will be able to access using Esse3 credentials obtained by clicking here

In the sections below, the following will be published for each PhD course concerned:

1. D.R. establishing the PhD Examination Commission
2. Oral test calendar and link to Microsoft TEAMS classroom
3. Report n.1 containing the criteria of valuation of titles
4. D.R. approval of final acts (admission)
