39th Cycle a.y. 2023/2024 2nd Call

PhD program (Third Cycle of study) represents the highest level of postgraduate studies and it aims to provide the skills necessary to carry out highly qualified research activities. The PhD training course lasts 3 years. To access it is necessary to have a Master’s degree or any other suitable qualification, also obtained abroad.

Admission is based on a competitive exam.

UniME selection PhD Call is issued annually for all PhD Programmes.

We inform you that the exam for the achievement of the title of PhD in "Translational Molecular Medicine and surgery" 36th cycle, scheduled for 26 February 2024 at 2.00 pm, is postponed to a new date due to the suspension of the teaching activity in conjunction with the inauguration of the Academic Year.

Published in the albo di Ateneo rep. No.84/2023 prot.118184 of 22/09/2023 the D.R. n.2684/2023, prot.117964 del 22/09/2023 concerning the PhD Call for presentation of applications for assignment PhD scholarships in “ADVANCED CATALYTIC PROCESSES FOR USING RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES (ACCESS)”, “MATHEMATICS AND COMPUTATIONAL SCIENCES”, “CHEMICAL SCIENCES” and “VETERINARY, BIOTECHNOLOGICAL AND AGRICULTURAL SCIENCES”, by evaluation of research Projects, only for candidates eligible who are not already recipients of D.M. 117/2023 or D.M. 118/2023 Scholarships, of Scholarships funded by the PNRR and/or financed with research Projects in the general merit rankings relating to the Call for admission to the PhD Courses activated at the University of Messina – 39th CYCLE - referred to in D.R. The deadline for online submission of applications for admission to the PhD Call is 29/09/2023 h. 23:59.

The procedure for submitting the application to participate in the selection is available on Esse3 platform. starting from 22/09/2023, by logging in:

- for candidates who are Italian citizens, they will have to access the Esse3 platform, using SPID credentials; for info click here.
