The University of Messina promotes sustainable mobility and the right to education through a range of benefits dedicated to students and staff.
Students of the University can take advantage of an annual public transport pass (bus and tram services operated by ATM Messina) at a discounted cost of €30, valid without ограничения on days or times.

How to Apply
To activate the subscription:
- Log in to the Esse3 portal using your credentials
- Select “ATM-UniMe Subscription Enrollment” in the Initiatives and Calls section
- Complete the payment of the discounted fee
The pass (Student Mobility Card) can be collected from the administrative offices of your Department upon presentation of the payment receipt.
Use of the Pass
- The card must be validated at each use using the onboard ticket validators
- The payment receipt does not constitute a valid travel ticket

Once the rental details have been entered, the system will display the discounted quote and you can proceed by selecting your preferred payment method:
- Pay at pick-up, directly at the rental desk
- Prepay online at the end of the booking process
Regardless of the chosen payment method (on-site or prepaid online), the user whose name appears on the booking must hold a valid credit card (not a debit or electronic card) in their name, to be presented when signing the rental agreement.
