Erasmus+ Mobility for Training (STT)

The Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training (STT) Programme allows teaching and non-teaching staff of the University of Messina to take advantage of a period of training at ECHE Higher Education Institutions and/or companies present in one of the countries participating in the Program.

This type of mobility aims at the transfer of skills, the acquisition of practical skills and the learning of good practices.

Mobility may last a minimum of two days to a maximum of five, excluding travel days.

Financial contribution

The assignees will receive a contribution from the European Community funds allocated by the National Erasmus+ Agency to the University of Messina. The payment of the grant will be subject to the transfer of the relevant funds by the Italian National Agency.

More information on the call published. UNIME integrates with its own budget the funds allocated by the National Agency Erasmus+/Indire and encourages the participation of teaching staff and proceeds to the annual publication of Calls for Proposals.

Before the departure time:

It is mandatory to subscribe and submit the Agreement Institute/Beneficiary (c.d. "Financial Agreement") to the Erasmus Mobility Unit, duly completed and signed, at least 10 days before the departure and the working plan agreed with the host University.

During the stay

Before the end of the mobility, the beneficiary must provide to the host partner institution the certification concerning the duration and the subject matter of the Staff mobility for Training , that must be signed.

Upon return to Messina

The beneficiary must send all the original documents of expenses to Erasmus Mobility Office, as well as the originals of the boarding passes within 15 days after the return, in order to obtain the reimbursement of expenses. Please note that without the original receipts it will not be possible to obtain the Erasmus+ mobility grant.

It is also mandatory to filled in the Narrative Report (EU Survey) online.
