Article 6 of the decree-law of 9 June 2021, n. 80, converted, with amendments, by law 6 August 2021, n. 113 provides that public administrations with more than fifty employees, with the exclusion of schools of all levels and educational institutions, adopt, by 31 January of each year, the Integrated Plan of Activities and Organization (PIAO).

Many of the planning acts to which the administrations are required have converged in this document including: the planning of Corruption Risks and transparency.

In the document below, in section 2 p. 15, the identification of the objectives, the subjects involved, the approval process and the analysis of the external and internal context are included. Wide space is dedicated to risk assessment and treatment.
